学部学生・大学院生(以下「学生」)、教職員及び「学内にPC等を接続して利用している学生・教職員以外の利用者」（以下、「その他の利用者」※非常勤講師・派遣職員等を想定）を対象とする2025年度情報セキュリティ自己点検を2025年12月1日から2026年2月15日の期間、実施いたします。
本学のひとりひとりが自己の情報セキュリティ対策の現状を定期的に点検することが、組織の情報セキュリティ対策上重要であることから、毎年度実施しているものです。
つきましては、下記の点検手順により、実施期間内に最後まで完了するようにお願いいたします。
なお、実施期間内に点検が行われなかった鹿児島大学IDは、情報セキュリティ事故を未然に防ぐための措置として、2026年2月16日（学生・教職員とも）よりサービスの利用が制限されます。
事情により実施不能な場合は、各部局の総務担当係へお申し出ください。
なお、各部局の総務担当係へは実施開始後別途「実施対象外者」の照会及び、適時実施状況のご連絡を行わせていただきます。

点検未完了の鹿児島大学IDは、情報セキュリティ事故を未然に防ぐための措置として、2026年2月16日（月）以降、次のサービスが利用不可となります。
・1X認証ネット（有線LAN）
・eduroam（無線LAN）
・学認
・教室PC
・VPN接続サービス
・Web File Service（教職員）
上記の「点検手順」と同じ手順で自己点検を完了すると、完了後5分ほどでサービスが再開されます。

2025 Information Security Self-Inspection will be conducted from December 1, 2025 to February 15, 2026.
It is important for the organization's information security measures that each individual at the university periodically checks the current status of their own information security measures, so this is conducted every year.
Therefore, please follow the inspection procedure below and complete it within the implementation period.
In addition, as a measure to prevent information security incidents, Kagoshima University IDs that are not inspected within the inspection period will have their service usage restricted from February 16, 2026 (for both students and faculty and staff).
If you are unable to attend due to circumstances, please contact the general affairs section of your department.
After the program begins, we will contact the general affairs staff of each department to inquire about those who are not eligible and to keep you updated on the status of the program.
